Thomas Guida, Co-President, recently joined forces with KWB. Prior to this he founded TGA Executive Search in 1992 to service the needs of the credit and lending areas of the financial services industry. Tom has over twenty years of executive recruiting experience servicing the financial services industry. His previous search experience includes the commercial banking community with an emphasis on credit and corporate finance. Prior to establishing his own firm, Tom helped develop and manage recruiting teams at two previous executive search firms. He was highly successful in establishing long-term relationships that have continued to follow him and use his services today. Prior to the executive search business Mr. Guida spent 10 years as a Human Resources Generalist with a major corporation.
